Refunds and Returns

We want you to love your products. If the goods arrive and are damaged or faulty please inform us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement.

If you’re returning your order for any other reason, you are entitled to a full refund (minus the cost of the return postage) if the item is returned ‘as new’ in its original saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Please send all returns back in their original packaging, state the reason for the return, and tell us whether you’d like a refund or exchange. Retain your proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit.

and we’ll let you know where to send your package. Refunds will be provided once we have received the returned item.
Refunds
Please give us up to two weeks to process your refund or exchange. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for personalised or custom items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
